Aerial Progress Photos for Construction Managers

A clear visual record for site teams, owners and stakeholders: repeat visits, planned viewpoints, dated photo sets and organized Google Drive delivery.

A visual record between site visits

Keep owners and project stakeholders informed without asking them to interpret a scattered camera roll. Aerial Vantage FL documents visible construction progress with site overviews and agreed detail views, organized so your team can follow the work from visit to visit.

  • Repeatable viewpoints: planned aerial positions help compare visible progress over time, with changes when safety, access or airspace requires them.
  • Dated photo sets: each visit has its own organized set for progress meetings, owner updates and project records.
  • Google Drive delivery: construction clients receive folders they can share with owners, lenders and other project stakeholders.
  • Agreed scope: capture areas, visit frequency, photo deliverables and any mapping are confirmed before work begins.

Coordinate capture around active work

  1. Plan. Send the location, current phase, milestones, capture areas and a site contact.
  2. Coordinate. Agree access arrangements, site activity and a practical visit schedule. Flights are planned around safe weather, site access and applicable airspace requirements.
  3. Capture. Document the agreed views without treating the flight as a substitute for site supervision or a professional assessment.
  4. Deliver. Edited photos arrive within 24–48 hours through organized Google Drive folders. Turnaround for mapping and larger projects is confirmed in the quote.

Repeat visits and owner updates

Weekly, every-other-week, monthly and milestone visits can be scoped to the pace of your project. Planned viewpoints and dated folders make side-by-side review easier for managers, owners and remote stakeholders. See the construction progress photo service for capture and delivery details.

Mapping when it helps the project

An agreed orthomosaic can provide a visual overview of the site and surrounding access. It is not a boundary survey, certified measurement or engineering assessment. Map outputs and timing are scoped separately; see drone mapping and orthomosaics.

Experience and job-site awareness

Aerial Vantage FL is veteran-owned and fully insured. Flights are operated by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot who has completed OSHA 10-Hour Construction training. The business is led by a U.S. Marine veteran with 16 years in aviation and a bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with a focus on disaster management and assessment.
