Quick answers to what Central Florida clients ask most.
How fast will I get my photos?
Edited photos are delivered within 24–48 hours of the shoot. Turnaround for video, mapping, and larger projects is confirmed in your quote before we fly.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Aerial Vantage FL is veteran-owned, and every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. The business is fully insured.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in DeBary and serve all of Volusia, Seminole, and Flagler counties, from Sanford and Lake Mary to Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and Palm Coast. Projects outside those counties are available on request; just ask when you contact us.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If wind, rain, low clouds, or lightning make a flight unsafe or would hurt image quality, we’ll contact you and reschedule for the next suitable window. Central Florida afternoon storms are common in summer, so morning shoots are often the most reliable.
Can you fly near Sanford (SFB) or Daytona Beach (DAB) airports?
Often, yes. Much of the area around Orlando Sanford International and Daytona Beach International sits in controlled airspace. We request FAA authorization through LAANC, which is usually quick, but some locations need advance FAA approval, so let us know the address early and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
What’s included, and how are files delivered?
Your quote lists exactly what’s included for your project, such as the number of edited photos, video clips, or map outputs. Final files are delivered digitally through a download link, ready for MLS, websites, social media, and reports.
Do you offer ground photos and 360° virtual tours for listings?
Yes. One visit can cover interior and exterior ground photography, drone aerials, and 360° virtual tours. Tours can be shared to listing sites such as Zillow and the MLS, and through a link for your marketing.
Can you document construction progress on a schedule?
Yes. We can visit weekly, every other week, monthly, or at key milestones, shooting from the same vantage points each time so owners, lenders, and project teams can compare progress side by side.
Who are your roof and storm inspection images for?
Roof and storm damage imagery is provided for insurance carriers, independent adjusting firms, and adjusters. Imagery is captured by a Licensed Florida All-Lines Adjuster (#W932150), with the documentation adjusters need in mind. Any laser rangefinder measurements are for reference only, not certified.
Is drone mapping the same as a land survey?
No. Orthomosaic maps and photomosaics are visual references for planning, progress tracking, and site documentation. They are not a legal or boundary survey; for that, work with a licensed Florida surveyor.
