Aerial Vantage FL in St. Augustine Beach
St. Augustine Beach is a small oceanfront city on Anastasia Island, a few miles south of downtown St. Augustine across the Matanzas River. A1A Beach Boulevard runs the length of town just behind the dunes, lined with beach houses, vacation rentals, condominiums, and shops, and the St. Johns County Ocean Pier sits near the middle of it. Anastasia State Park borders the city to the north.
Living this close to the Atlantic means the beach is always changing. Storms like Hurricane Matthew in 2016 and Hurricane Irma in 2017 pushed water and sand across this stretch of coast, and the beach has been renourished more than once since. Our coastal erosion and seawall documentation gives associations, property managers, contractors, and engineers dated aerial images of the beach, dunes, walkovers, and oceanfront seawalls, so conditions can be compared from one visit to the next.
Condominium associations with buildings three stories or taller can use aerial photos of roofs, facades, and balconies to support milestone inspections performed by licensed engineers or architects. For insurance carriers, independent adjusting firms, and adjusters, we provide organized roof and storm imagery from a Licensed Florida All-Lines Adjuster (#W932150).
For listings and vacation rentals, aerials show what buyers and guests care about most: the walk to the sand, the view from the balcony, and how a home sits between the ocean and the Intracoastal side of the island. We can pair them with full interior and exterior ground photography and 360° virtual tours in the same visit.
Beach shoots are planned around the tide, the wind off the ocean, and the morning light, which falls on the oceanfront from the east. Early flights also catch the sand and the pier before the crowds arrive, which helps for listing and rental photos.
Edited photos are delivered within 24–48 hours. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, and the business is fully insured.
