What you get
Oceanfront erosion is easy to see from the beach and hard to record well. A drone can follow the full frontage of a property and capture the beach, the dune, and any seawall or revetment in one organized, dated set. You get a clear record of what was visible on the day of the flight.
- Overview photos along the full oceanfront, from the water side and from above
- Closer views of the visible seawall cap and face, the dune edge, walkovers, and beach access points
- Photos labeled by location and date so anyone can follow the coast end to end
- An optional top-down map of the frontage, marked “for reference only; not a survey”
This is documentation imagery only. It is for reference only; not a survey, and not an engineering inspection. We do not evaluate stability, determine causes, or recommend repairs.
Who it’s for
Condominium associations and HOAs on the ocean, property managers, marine contractors, and engineers who want current aerial views before a site visit. Condo associations building a records file for milestone inspections or recertification can add a dated record of the seawall, dune, and beach in front of the building; the inspection itself belongs to your licensed engineer or architect.
How it works
- Request. Send the property location, the length of frontage, and who will use the photos.
- Planning. We check airspace, local beach rules, nesting season, tide, and weather, and confirm permission for each property.
- Capture. We fly the frontage in steady, overlapping passes near lower tide, then take closer views of anything your engineer or contractor asked to see.
- Delivery. Organized, high-resolution files are delivered by download link.
Where we work
We document oceanfront property in Volusia and Flagler counties, including New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Ormond Beach, and Flagler Beach. For canal, river, and lake seawalls, see seawall and dock photos. To compare the same stretch of coast over time, add shoreline monitoring. Pricing is a custom quote, and photos are delivered within 24–48 hours of the flight.
