What you get
Aerial footage gives a sense of place that ground video can’t: the scale of a campus, the view from a waterfront patio, the amenities of a new community. We plan each shoot around the story you want to tell and deliver content cut for where it will actually be used.
- Edited aerial video for your website, presentations, or ads
- Short vertical reels for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
- High-resolution aerial stills from the same shoot
- Raw clips on request, if your team or agency does its own editing
Who it’s for
Local businesses, event and wedding venues, restaurants and marinas, golf and recreation facilities, home builders and developers launching new communities, commercial property owners, and real estate teams marketing high-end listings.

How it works
- Concept. A quick call to cover the goal, the audience, and where the content will run.
- Shot list and planning. We map out the shots, check airspace and any limits on flying over people, and pick the best light: often early morning or late afternoon.
- Shoot. Aerial video and stills are captured in one session, with ground coverage added if the project calls for it.
- Edit and deliver. You receive finished files in the formats and aspect ratios you need.
Getting the most from a shoot
Plan the shoot for when the property looks its best: lights on, signage clean, parking lot clear, and landscaping freshly maintained. Early-morning and late-afternoon light flatters most buildings and waterfront views. One session can usually produce a website hero video, several short social reels, and a set of stills, which stretches your budget across months of content. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, and the business is fully insured.
Turnaround and service area
Aerial still photos are delivered within 24–48 hours. Edited video timing depends on length and complexity, and we’ll confirm a delivery date when we quote. We shoot throughout Volusia, Seminole, and Flagler counties, from riverfront and lakefront properties to the beaches of the Atlantic coast.
